My car looks like its missing a belt and my heater doesn't work I was told I dont having the parts in the engine to get heater or air conditioner but I keep checking and it blows a lil air but always cold wats the problem the person who told me didnt look like he knew wat he was talking about

I can't see whats going on can you take a pic an post it where the belt is missing?Also when it gets up to normal operating temp see if the two hoses at the firewall under the hood are getting too hot to hold.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
