The owner had the whole stereo console stolen I think the ac controls included now theres a problem withher signal light whats the best way to troubleshoot

with what you have explained, you will need an electrical shop that can pull diagrams, trace wires and find the failures. not a job for at home with no expierence.

If the hazard light switch is missing, the turn signals would not work.
