1999 Honda Accord OBD Code

Ok hooked up a code reader. It said 0303 cylinder 3 misfire. Has new plugs & wires, but one could be faulty. Could anything besides plug/wire cause a misfire? I'm bout to check the connection & plug.

Of course. All kinds of things like compression, fuel coils, etc Do a compression check and use a noid light to verify injector pulse.
