1999 Ford Windstar not starting

I have to keep trying to start my van and after truning the key off and on it will start its like it is not geting and fire to the starter

U need to try jump starting it with cables

If it won't start take the battery to the parts store to be checked

Its not the battery. Lights and windows work with key turned on. I turn the key and it does nothing. I keep turning it and usually it will crank. Sometimes after trying 4 or 5 times, sometimes it takes me trying for 15 minutes. But now it wont turn over at all.

IF IT HAS A CHIP IN THE KEY. THE KEY OR CYLINDER MAYBE BAD.
