van was driving good this morning got out got back in van did not want to go started fine put in drive wouldn't move thought e brake was on gave it more throttle started moving feels like brakes are locking up kinda feels like im driving with e brak on any ideas

You could be right rear brake can be dragging, A brake inspection will reveal the situation
