My wiper arm has been snapped off taken nuts off but will not budge,how is the best way of getting arm off
Have tried everything but will not budge

Use a puller at the base of the broken wiper arm to the stud if the bolt where you took the nut off, by screwing it down it will come out. Sometimes they're seized on there.
