Is there a test for the computer or some other fault you might suggest.

Won't start, AC won't come on, fuel pump doesn't come on. Fuses been checked and are good, relay to fuel pump and ac compressor been replaced but still doesn't work.

There is fuel in the vehicle, we have spark and compression but the fuel is not reaching the injectors. Any suggestions?

if you have spark, then the asd is good. check the fuses for the fuel pump and check for power to the pump.

If we bypass the ac compressor relay and the fuel pump relay, the vehicle runs. What activates the fuel and ac compressor relays?

fuel pump is grounded by the ecm. i would be absollutely sure it is bad before considering replacing it. have a shop check the wiring and look at the commands from the ecm.
