Getting OBD codes from a 1993 Chrysler Concorde

You told a questioner about getting OBD codes from a 1993 Chrysler Concorde to cycle the key on an off 3 times and read the codes. Where do you read the codes? Does a light flash on the dash a certain number of times or what? Thank you.

Before '96 models, watch the Check Engine light flash. After about five seconds it will flash the digit number, there will be a short pause, it will flash the second digit, then there will be a longer pause before the next two-digit code flashes out. The last code will always be five flashes, short pause, five flashes. That's code 55 which just means "end of message".

On newer models the three-digit codes are displayed in the odometer readout.
