Losing power under acceleration

1999 Audi A6 Electrical problem with 132,000 miles. Warm rattling almost vibration on acceleration sometimes lack power acceleration, possible vacuum leak? Low, rough idle, once or twice flooding on start up intermittent loss of power w/hi RPMs sometimes acceleration kicks in delayed. Check if the transmission is slipping if okay-Have the exhaust system checked for restriction-start here
