1998 VW Jetta code p0411 FOR "SECONDARY AIR INJECTION SYSTEM FLOW INCORRECT"... HOW DO I NARROW THE CAUSE AND REPAIR THE SYSTEM? I ran the "pocketScan" to get the code P0411.
