Toyota Camry Engine Problem
While my car is idling the rpms fluctuate up and down and it stalls occasionally and it is difficult to initially accelerate

Do you have a check engine light?

yes, I do have a check engine light and it is on all of the time. When my car is performing really poorly, it will blink constantly and it feels like the car is about to break down.
