Loud noise like a bad wheel bearing makes, but it's comming from the transmission where the right side axle enters the transmission.?

Have you checked for excessive play where the axle connects? If that is where the noise is coming from, suspect a bad output bearing.

Based on which transmission you have, it could require disassembly.
