Car running hot

When I drive on hiway at high speed 65mph. Car runs hot. Change radiator cap, thermostatic, flush radiator. Auto shop doesnt know what is wrong

There is a coolant temp sensor which could be going out. I would have that replaced to see if it solves the problem.

What is the actual temp? Too hot is boil-over? You could use a non-contac thermometer to see if reading is the same as dash gage. Another possibility is combustion gases getting into coolant.
