Car overheating

Sometimes overheats,is using a bit of water,but no leak and its not drawing water from reserve.

Have the radiator cap checked and replaced if necessary.

When overheating occurs, check the coolant level after allowing the engine to cool down. If there are insufficient coolant, it could mean a bad cylinder head gasket.

A checmical test for presence of carbon in coolant is available in most parts stores.
