Problem with fuel supply has been isolated to the fuel pump relay. Where is the exact location of the fuel pump relay?

How can you be sure the relay is bad without testing at the relay????
Our manuals dont have a 121...A little research tells me its the same as a Ford Festiva/Fiesta in the US
