Have a 98 Lincoln Mark VIII, What Electronic Module controls all below or what would cause all three failures one after the other in sequence described 1st Cruise Control quit working on way in to work, Stopped at gas station and Shifter Locked in PARK, Forced it into drive and put emergency brake on when in Nuetral in order not to go into Park and the Brake would not release.

There is a GEM module that controls body functions but I would look at each component first. Check the fuses, clean battery cables before assuming any bad modules.

Look at basics first.

The brake fuse is most probably blown causing the cruise control to fail and the interlock preventing the shifter from being shifted out of park. However forcing the shifter out of park has most probably caused damage to the shifter mechanism resulting in the Park Neutral Position switch to go out of alignment. This would result in the parking brakes sticking as signal for shifter position is not providing the correct signal to the engine computer to release the parking brake actuator when accelerator is depressed.
