I have a 1998 jeep cherokee that is giving me a bunch of codes. They are p0700, p1698, p0758, p0756, p0715. The problem I have is that the jeep goes right into high gear when I put it in drive and wont downshift ever. I am able to manually shift and it works just fine. I know what the codes mean but it points to 3 different things. Is the tcm bad? Is it the b shift solenoid? Or is it the input speed sensor? Or is one of those causing the other problems?

I would not guess on this one. If you can shift it manually, it may be a valve body issue. You need a trans shop to verify as the codes never identify bad parts, just failed systems.
