1998 hyundai accent when engine turns over in the morning idle goes up and down until engine warms up I have serviced the idle control valve and the mass air flow sensor it started with no problem until the next day problem came back

Do you have coolant losses and overheating issues?

Is the Check Engine Light indicating and have you tried to retrieve for trouble codes?
