No.2 spark plug has antifreeze around plug?
Pulled plug, piston not clean.Pulled all other coil packs all clean. please reply. Thanks.

i assume it was on the outside?? if it was, look around for a coolant leak dripping in that area.
if it was inside, yes, it may be a head gasket. have it pressure tested to verify.
