1998 honda accord runs great. It will start with no problem, if we turn it off it may not start again, right away. Dont have a clue as to what the problem could be; afraid to turn it off once we start it. Somebody help us, please!

Starting up is not consistent. Runs great when starts but once off may not start again?

Above link explins what to look for when engine could not be started. You need to find out what is missing causing the non starting to proceed from there.

It could be anything from a bad PGM-FI main relay to a bad ignition switch.
Is the MIL indicating and what have you checked so far?
