Overheating

My honda 98 four cyclinder 2.3hp has been overheating.I change termostat but stll over heat asn burn off all coolent. Why?

If the head gasket is bad or you have leaks in the cooling system resulting in coolant depleting badly, it would overheat. Check if the cooling fans are working.

Loss of coolant is either a leak somewhere, or it is entering into the combustion chamber. If no leaks, you should see a lot of white smoke out the exhaust. This would usually indicate a head gasket or cracked head.
