1998 Honda Accord my car wont start

I have change every fuse. And relay. All my light come on. The green key light comes on and blimks bout 4x and it sound like it want to crank but it don't. When I spray gas in the intakes it cranks right up for a few seconds and cut off. I checked every thing that suppose to get fire and they work. Plz help me

Sounds like the main relay could be at fault. Listen for the clicks when the ignition switch is turned to the "on" position. You should hear 1 as soon as the key is turned to "on" and another about 2 seconds later. If you don't hear the clicks replace the relay.
