Clutch making noises

1998 Geo Metro 5 speed standard. When clutch is pushed right down for first gear it makes a grinding/rattling noise, and when raised a bit I can go. All gears do this but I can still drive. It just started out of nowhere.

Its internal with the clutch assy, have the clutch assembly checked out-pilot bushing, disc, pressure plate and throwout/release bearing
