I change the fuel filter, I change spark plug wires, Fuel pump is working. I thinking about changing the ignition coil, or sparks plugs but I took everyone of them out n they look fine. No OBD scanner n shops no longer rent them out which sucks. Car was running fine, then next go to start n it won't start. It will turn over but won't start. There was no signs of anything going wrong. The check engine light never came on or anything. What should I do, what else to check?

First you can get trouble codes scanned and borrow test and special tools from Advance Auto and Auto Zone.
Secondly, I am going to give you a diagnostic walk through of your situation as it is a proccess of elimination. Just use the link below.

Stop replacing parts on a hunch - it's just too expensive.
You have to determine if it's a mechanical, fuel or ignition concern.
Got fuel pressure? Got spark? Timing belt intact? Etc.

That is the kind of stuff you will find in the diagnostic walk through.
