My car won't start n I'm running out of options?

I change the fuel filter, I change spark plug wires, Fuel pump is working. I thinking about changing the ignition coil, or sparks plugs but I took everyone of them out n they look fine. No OBD scanner n shops no longer rent them out which sucks. Car was running fine, then next go to start n it won't start. It will turn over but won't start. There was no signs of anything going wrong. The check engine light never came on or anything. What should I do, what else to check?

Stop replacing parts on a hunch - it's just too expensive.
You have to determine if it's a mechanical, fuel or ignition concern.
Got fuel pressure? Got spark? Timing belt intact? Etc.......
