1998 Ford Mustang wont start completely

1998 mustang shut car off went to start next morning and it turns over trys to crank then dont turns over just about cranks thwn dont changed plufs and wires changed oil fuel pump working good injectors spraying good any ideals?

You have to determine what is missing, it sounds like you have no spark maybe. If you are sure that the injectors are spraying, go to your local parts store and pick up an inline spark tester, the coil wire hooks on one end and the other end goes on the spark plug and have someone crank it over while you watch the tester for spark, you should have a pulsating brite orange or blue spark depending on what type of tester you use. Also make sure that the battery is fully charged when you do this.
