1998 Dodge Truck Repair Question

I have a 1998 dodge 4x4 ram 1500.Lights will NOT go out.Truck will NOT start.I chq'ed for spark,their is non.I changed the coil,still no spark.I changed the ignition switch,still no start.It dose turn over,no codes come up.Chq'ed for blown fueses,non.Now
Ran fine,then lights wouldn't go out,when parked and shut off,lights wouldn't go out and wouldn't re start.

What lights are you referring to and what do they have to do with the no-start? Have you checked fuel pressure? What is the symptom when it doesn't start? Does the engine crank but not run? Does it crank too slowly or does the starter solenoid click once or rapidly and the engine doesn't crank?
