COOLING FAN DOESN'T COME ON WHEN VEHICLE GETS WARM

Most common cause is the electronic fan relay. It's half way down on the driver's side of the radiator support. Your mechanic can command it to turn on with a scanner to allow troubleshooting. You may find a fuse blown too. A tight fan motor can cause a blown fuse too.
