1998 Chrysler Town and Country Repair Question

Dead gauges need a fix immediately
We have a 1998 town and country lxi the gauges go dead and the alarm sets while driving, we have tried to resolder the pins on the instrument panel, worked for about an hour, we even replaced the whole instrument panel, same result, what can we do to fix this its so stupid

Welcome to our world of unnecessary, unreliable, complicated computers. You might suspect the Body Computer but there's a whole book on diagnosing Body Computer problems. If they were that easy to diagnose, we wouldn't need trained mechanics.
