Cranks but no start

I have a 1998 chevy c1500 2 wheel drive p/u that has a hard time starting after it rains outside? It has a 4.3L v6 and it cranks fine but won"t start when it has rained outside or is very humid.

Look at the wires and coils for arcing when damp. Spray water mist on them while it is running to see if it leaks electric at each location.
Otherwise, check the fuel pressure as well.
