1998 Chevy Silverado 98 Chevy Silverado will not start

I have a '98 chevy silverado with the 5.7, it will not start, It is getting spark, and fuel pressure is around 55 psi. Would it be possible that the fuel pressure regulator is bad, if not any advice would be greatly appreciated, I am pulling my hair out.

55psi is a very good fuel pressure, but will do no good if the fuel injectors are not pulsing and injecting the fuel.

I would buy a noid light and check for pulse from the injectors when cranking.
