Where is the starter relay located, it is not in the engine compartment fuse boxes, nor behind the glove box, nor below steering column, looking for the starter relay, per repair manual it has two incoming yellow wires, and purple outgoing to starter solinod, problem is no power to starter, fuses good and power to those locations, interlock fuses and relay ok, can't find starter relay. 1998 Lumina
