I have changed the altanter starter and the battery and now car wont start please help

Does the engine run? If engine do not, open the ignition and bid the the two wires at the end of the starter.

I dont get a crank I hear fule pump turn on and a quick click in the engian and then nothing my anti-theft light is on solid but I have regualer keys to start the car

Try shorting out the starter motor solenoid and see what happens
