1998 Chevrolet Astro Repair Question

Engine
Well I turn the key my dash lights up radio comes on but no "click" or firing of the engine. Just put new battery in, and same thing, nothing.

Could be several issues. If it won't crank, check the starter circuit. Diagram below, use a voltage tester and check fuses.
Turn on your headlites, turn key to crank, any reaction from headlamps? Do they stay bright, go out, dim, anything? Did you try cranking in neutral?
