Disconnect the negative battery cable at the battery.
Disconnect the positive battery cable at the battery.
Remove the intake manifold.
Remove the solenoid S terminal nut.
Remove the battery cable nut.
Remove the starter motor mounting bolts.
Remove the starter motor.
