Is there anything like adjuster bearing in the engine?
I notice some rattling noise from the engine side while the engine is on close to the alternator and told it's the adjuster. To be changed, how?

What adjuster on that side of the engine? Give us a picture on it, so we can identify it

The noise comes from under the plastic covering on the left of the engine just above the p/steering belt.
