I have a 97 saturn sl2. when i first start the car in the morning it starts fine but when i run it and drive for a good 10-20 minutes and turn off the car i try to start it again it wont start just starts clicking from the starter. But if i wait a good couple of hoing else ?urs(cooled down) it will start again with no problems. but again if i drive it again like before it does the same thing. is it the starter or something else ? I have had the battery and alternator checked and they are fine

Just to add to this one i would just make sure the cables to the starter are tight and that you are getting battery voltage to the small purple wire to the starter solenoid. Those starter solenoids are common for failure on those cars. But i agree with fitmr does sound like a starter.Just make sure connections are good and the purple trigger wire is good and replace the starter.
