My 97 saturn is not going into reverse. The car drives forward fine but will not go reverse.

You most likely have a bad pressure regulator or a loose input nut with a transmission pressure tester we could tell which. Both are a in car repair. Any codes?

I cant answer that question till we test the line pressure of the transmission. We need to do some testing before we see what we need. Iam good but not that good unless I just start guessing. Transmission pressure testers are pretty cheap if you have low pressure and you keep driving it your going to burn some clutches up. As far as codes have the computer scanned for codes. Would you like a recommendation for a pressure tester?
