I was trying to start my car after setting the timing but refuse to start, and when it manage to start for a few second the car refuse to raise even when I throtle to the last limit, then the car went off and refuse to start. Can a valve stem cause the car not to start? Because when the car is crank it will seize automatically.

What were you trying to time? The belt?
What happened to require this?

I was trying to set the camshaft and crankshaft timing. What led to it was that my piston rings was replaced and after 4 days of testing the car, it refuse to raise when applying the throtle, so I checked the spark plug and saw oil in the combustion chamber. Then the top cylinder was removed and the valve seal was changed, so when fixing it back, the timing setting now became a problem because we dont mark before disconnecting. After trying your setting system (I' facing E') then we discover those fault I complained of. That is, seizure and not firing

Cranking the engine over when it's out of time on this engine can cause it to bend all the valves so you may have a lot more damage than you are expecting.
