Honda Prelude Coolant Problem

I have a problem with the ide going up and down between 1000 and 2000 rpm it does it all the time when not in gear or the cluch is pressed but not when im going down the road also when u rev it up it takes awhile for the rev to come back to idle

The idling speed is too high. Possible causes are insufficient coolant, clogged coolant hoses to IAC or FITV, idle adjust screw adjusted too high, vacuum leaks, faulty IAC/FITV.
