Have a 95 metro 3 cyl, having trouble with timing we lined up all the marks put the belt on made sure rotor was pointing at number 1 cyl an statrted it an it carried on like crazy also does the cam sprocket turn a half turn to crank sprocket full turn? And is the num 1 terminal on dist cap nearest the top of motor?What should the timing be set at 0' or what thanks?

Cam sprocket is half the speed of the crankshaft.
