DRIVES IN OVERDRIVE JUST FINE FOR A HOUR OR SO THEN STARTS SLIPPING BACK INTO DRIVE AND OR WILL NOT SHIFT OUT OF DRIVe into overdrive until 5500 rpm.

Transmission was rebuilt only a month ago with a warranty. Warranty is in not being honored. We need to diagnose ourselves.

Engine has been having too low of an idle off and on.

Check the transmission fluid level and condition if okay take it to a transmission shop and have the throttle and governor pressures checked-My guess its not professionally done-

I have found rebuilds the worst way to go. Next time look for a good used tranny with low kms much cheaper route as well
