If the crankshaft pulley mark and the timing scale are aligned to 0/TDC and the no.1 piston on it compression stroke/TDC

Which one is the cranskshaft pulley? Sorry things r hard to see on this type of engine 3.4 v8 in a taurus I did just clean maf sensor today and engine still jumps and u can actually notice it moving the hole hood shakes maybe its a motor mount? But I can also hear the engine running normal then go down in rpm then back up 490 rpm to 650- rpm any idea?
