Could it be my suspension bushings?

When I am driving the engine not only feels like it's going to fall out but it rattles and sounds like its banging. When I go over pot holes or even bumps it seems to make the car bounce and then proceeds to make the noises louder. This is making for a noisey car ride.

The most common problem with front end noise is the stablizer links on this car. Check them. If you get a bang when shifting from park to drive or reverse, check the motor and trans mounts.

Well I do not get a bang when shifting. Only when driving city speeds. When I am on the highway really there is no noise.

Check motor mounts. Start the engine, open the hood and stand by the fender (not in front of the vehicle). Have a helper place the trans in drive then reverse and while he holds his foot on the brake, have him gently give the engine some gas. If the engine moves up or down excessively, there is a bad motor mount.
