1996 Toyota Previa Toyota estima PCV valve

Hi I have a toyota estima 2.2 td 1996 its been pumping oil up the dipstick and I heard its the auto fill and maybe pcv valve is blocked and I havent a clue where it is and cant afford to take to a garage I know its under the passenger seat and its an l shape metal pipe but theres a couple so any help before I start pulling every pipe off lol or any other ideas on what could cause oil pumping up the dipstick thank you

The crankcase is not venting sufficiently or the engine has bad blowby, meaning the piston rings are badly worn.

The PCV is plugged into the valve cover. Look for a hose with a valve at its end.
