not getting fuel

My daughter's Suzuki swift is not getting fuel to the carby. An auto sparky says the fuel pump is fine, (he did some sort of bridge to test them) but when turning the key to ON or START position the fuel pump does not get any power. I have had the engine running by dribbling fuel straight down the carby, but otherwise it will not start or run even once started.

If the carb is not getting any fuel then there is the problem. It sounds like the fuel pump relay is not working here is a guide and its location so you can test it.
