problem in starting

hi,
i have a problem with my car in starting.

when i am starting by car it will take 5-7 seconds to start. engine crank but not a sudden start.

2. when i am using my car A/C in traffic. the engine speed become 1500 rpm in idle. then again i have to restart my car to bring it in normal.

try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides an diac hole if yo have an iac. scan for codes and check fuel pressure.

i notice when my engine is running that little bit of oil with smoke is coming reverse from the sub pipe which is fitted from main air pipe to engine head.but there is no oil back pump at the time of opening the lid and there is also no oil smoke from exhaust.
pls i need your help to solve this issue.
i attached the picture of a pipe i am talking about.

if you get rid of that piece of wire used as a clamp that should takecare of the oil or coolant that is around the hose. try to get the same type of clamp that is on other end of hose or an airplane style clamp which are more common. i have an arrow drawn to it.

OK i will change it to clamp. but is there any problem with the engine if the little bit of oil is coming reverse from the pipe.
what you can see in picture oil is around the intake hose.

i imagine it is just a drain off that goes to the pan at least it kind of looks like it.where it goes maybe be another part but i'm sure it would lead to the pan.

cut the wire with apair of diagonal pliers, pull thehose off an dput the new clamp on an dtighten it up. do this while engine is off, you may lose some oil, wipe it up witha rag or paper towels.

2nd question.

some time my car catch up heat when i drive fast. radiator coolant is there and radiator fans are also working but not over heat its little bit more than half when a/c is working and without a/c the heat is more than half in still and in moving it become half.

this type on temperature is available sometime when i am driving fast.
