1996 Nissan Maxima AntiTheft device won't let car start

I replaced the starter and had to take out the battery to do this. Now the car won't start. I am only guessing but I believe its the anti theft that won't let it start. The lights come on but the electric windows, seats or radio won't work. When I turn the key there is no clicking no nothing. The anti theft light blinks. I no longer have the car remote. How do you disable the anti theft?

close the vehicle doors and lock them from the outside with the key and then unlock them with the key . . . double lock it and then double unlock it like you do to open all of the doors with key if yours has the same function as mine this should work
