I am changing the clutch kit in my 1996 Mazda b3000 and I have the flywheel off, was gonna change the rear main seal since its right there although its not leaking. It looks like it should just pry out but I'm afraid to without asking someone first, Are there any trick to it or does it just pry out?

Yes, the seal is pried out but take care not to damage the area where the seal sits on. Apply grease to the new seal lip and turn it in slowly before tapping it into position, taking care not to allow the lip to flip over.
