Difficult starting 96 Mazda 626 2.0

Hi back again. Changed ecu in this vehicle and I have the same difficulty trying to start the car. Could the Maf sensor be malfunctioning. Any idea what resistence it sholuld show when testing. I am running out of ideas. Just in case I also changed the plugs just to rule out the possible variable.
