1996 Isuzu Rodeo gas tank

I have a leak around a seal on top of my gas tank, I have looked it up and it shows that its a rollover valve seal but I cant find the part anywhere, and there is a strong gas odor you smell when going down the road, also it only leaks when I fill it up and the odor is really stronger then. Can you help me with this problem?

The valve could be part of the tank they sometimes are I will look into and see what I can find.

I cant find a parts breakdown for that part I would try the dealer to see if its part of the tank. If it is I would try to find a tank online to save some money.
